Our Story
A Legacy of Biblical Faithfulness
Legacy Bible & Counseling Institute was established to address a growing need in the church: men and women trained not merely in counseling technique, but in the deep theological foundations that make biblical counseling distinctly Christian.
From our earliest days, we have been committed to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture as the foundation for understanding the human condition and bringing lasting change. Our faculty, curriculum, and community all reflect this unwavering conviction.
Today, Legacy serves students across North Carolina and beyond. Equipping a new generation of biblical counselors to serve their churches, their communities, and the glory of God.

Our Mission
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of Heritage International Bible College is to equip and train Christians so they will be effective members in the Kingdom of God. Briefly stated, our objectives are to give students:
Biblical Foundation
A thorough and systematic instruction of the Word of God to provide a foundation for building life's spiritual experiences.
Spirit-Filled Living
The ability to relate basic principles of the Bible to today's living — to walk in the spirit-filled life and know God's calling.
Divine Calling
The preparation to fulfill the Divine calling placed on each student's life.
The Great Commission
The equipping needed to fulfill Jesus' command to "go ye therefore, and teach all nations…" (Matthew 28:19) and the training and experience to be a leader.
Kingdom Vision
The vision of God's restoration of His church and spreading the Gospel of the Kingdom to the ends of the earth.
